Had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient and the place felt very welcoming and homely. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a place I’d love to stay at again.

My family and I (four adults and a four year old) very much enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb. The house felt like home - it was clean, well furnished and comfortable. The location worked well for us as we enjoyed a relatively short commute to planned family activities in Boulder and Denver. The surrounding area included several playgrounds, restaurants and grocery stores. We have no hesitation in staying at the Airbnb on our next visit to the Denver area.

The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just blocks from the harbor and an easy drive to Logan airport and downtown Boston. The Kings are wonderful hosts and have thoughtfully maintained and prepared for their guests. The home is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of hot water, and includes everything one might need for a enjoyable stay. A experience.

We stayed at Todd’s place while I was attending a conference in Boston. It was a nice, quiet, and safe place. Even so, I could easily reach central Boston by car. I would definitely come again next time I’m in Boston.

We enjoyed our stay in Quincy. The apt had everything we needed from coffee, snacks, shampoo & conditioner, pack n play & high chair. Our stay was only one night so we didn’t get to explore surrounding area.

This was a great place to stay, for our large family. It was more spacious than we expected! Very quiet area. Beautiful porch to enjoy our morning coffee. Plenty for the kids to do at the house. Easy commute for us to travel to our whale watch, the Aquarium, the Zoo and Salem. Todd was very responsive to all of our questions.

This place was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Clean and plenty of room. Close to town but yet when you where there it was quiet and relaxing. Exactly what we were looking for on our road trip. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

Loved the location of the place. Everything was as listed and overall great place to stay if you want to be by the beach or spend a day in the city. Beds were comfortable and was nice to already have the tvs logged into streaming services. Also the backyard was comfortable and great with kids. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommended
